Growth Marketing Manager Jobs

We are seeking a Manager of Growth to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. This is a remote, full-time position with flexible work hours during PST business hours.

Responsibilities:

• General Marketing/Promotion - 10%
• Conduct zoom calls with users to get testimonials and feedback
• Reaching out to Institutions - 5%
• Reach out to social media influencers to set up promotions and collaborations
• Work on creative ways to promote the business and increase brand awareness
• Miscellaneous activities - remaining time
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote the brand and drive engagement
• SM (creating content or reaching out to influencers) - 30-40%
• Create and manage content for social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
• Identify and reach out to institutions to secure institutional subscriptions
• Percentage of Time Allocation:
• Getting testimonials - 10%

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should be someone who understands the "young audience" and their social media habits. There is a possibility of this being split into two roles if necessary.
• Additional Details:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a C2 level (Native)
• Experience in growing a TikTok or Instagram account to an audience of greater than 10k without having fake followers
• Ability to create cohesive aesthetics on social media posts and understanding of branding
• Creative, self-motivated and able to work in a remote team environment
• Proficiency in using Canva, Metricool or a similar social media planner app, Instagram & TikTok, Notion
