LS Retail Specialist with Dynamics Business Central Experience

Location: Remote (within Canada)

As a leading player in the retail industry in Canada, they are committed to providing top-quality service and experience to their clients. They are currently seeking a talented LS Retail Specialist with Dynamics Business Central experience to join their vibrant team.

The LS Retail Specialist will play a key role in configuring, managing, and providing support for the Dynamics Business Central and LS Retail/LS Central systems. You will work closely with the internal team and external partners to ensure the systems are running smoothly, efficiently, and meeting the needs of the growing business. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, exciting, retail environment.

Responsibilities

1. Configure, maintain, and support Dynamics Business Central and LS Retail/LS Central systems
2. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements
3. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
4. Provide training and support to end users to ensure maximum productivity
5. Collaborate with the wider team on system updates, enhancements, and projects
6. Document system changes, enhancements, and procedures

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2. Proven experience with Dynamics Business Central and LS Retail/LS Central
3. Extensive knowledge of retail operations and systems
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Skills

1. Prior experience in a retail environment
2. Microsoft Dynamics Certification
3. Knowledge of retail industry best practices and trends
