Junior Marketing Consultant Jobs

Our telecom client, Bell Canada, is seeking a skilled and motivated marketing consultant to join their team in a contract opportunity. As a Junior Marketing Consultant, you will assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. The ideal candidate would have demonstrated marketing experience with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate MUST be bilingual, and comfortable working on marketing campaigns in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Provide content to update marketing materials.
• Responsible for the management of marketing material including products, brochures, newsletters, online media, and campaigns.
• Drive new initiatives to meet and increase operational targets.
• Manage all communication plans and assist with marketing portfolios.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand communication requirements to draft communications of different types (small SMS campaigns) and own the end-to-end process of creating and delivering impactful customer-facing communications.
• Write creative and impactful briefs, review proposed projects and give feedback.

Key Competencies and Experience:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Excellent writing, proof-reading, and editing skills.
• Demonstrated marketing experience developing marketing materials, marketing plans, providing creative input and executing marketing projects.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent in oral and written English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proven passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
