Search/Recruitment Consultant at crawfordconnect

Ongoing sub-contractor role / Remote working opportunity

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Screen applicants through video screening calls
• Conduct online research to build the target list of candidates to fill specific positions
• Respectfully executes outreach and direct sourcing calls and online to pro-actively recruit candidates, identify interested and qualified candidates
• Track all outreach activity
• Manage all referrals and follows these leads to build a highly qualified candidate pool
• Participate in client calls with Search Lead

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Solution–oriented
• Strong computer literacy with demonstrated knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media skills
• A collaborative mindset and approach, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team
• You are an HR generalist with recruiting experience OR an executive search professional
• Outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail, resulting in the ability to multi-task, priorities, and relationships in an efficient and systematic manner
• Strong communication skills especially, listening, and verbal communication skills. The ability to connect and develop rapport quickly, and to maintain strong professional relationships over the long term.
• Maturity, confidence, and a high degree of emotional and social intelligence
• University degree / College diploma or equivalent experience
