As a Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for finding and referring prospective students to our services.

Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and refer potential international students interested in studying in Canada to Northern Education Consultants.
• Collaborate with our admin team to ensure a smooth transition for students who have successfully enrolled in their desired programs.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.

Compensation:

• Commission-based structure: $500 per student who successfully starts their program.
