Recruitment Administrator

are looking for a Recruitment Administrator for our internal system that houses Client, Consultant and Contracts information.

Tasks

• Conduct reference checks for hired candidates as per company standard.
• Support other departments such as contracts, credentialing and onboarding when requested
• Update company website as requested
• Conduct research / gather information by calling organizations / professionals as requested
• Assist in gathering of important data in our applicant tracking system such data in a timely and accurate manner by communicating with various members within TEEMA.

Requirements

• A few years of relevant experience and / or transferable skills in a high volume professional services environment
• Past experience in administration of a large database.
• Basic and intermediate functionalities in spreadsheets / MS Excel along understanding of basic mathematical calculations.
• Professional communication skills with excellent composure
• Strong word processing and content management skills; strong understanding of basic and intermediate functionalities in MS Word
