Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Recruitment Supervisor, formally known as a Supervisor Talent Acquisition, on a permanent basis. Our People & Culture team currently have flexible work agreements in place and are open to exploring remote work arrangements with candidates.

What you’ll do:
The Supervisor Talent Acquisition will lead and manage a team of recruiters. The focus of this team will be to support local Co-ops across Saskatchewan and Manitoba with full-cycle recruitment activities as well as provide situational support..
- Determine talent needs and selection criteria (e.g. understands the experience, qualifications, and competencies required for success, creates job posting, and determines selection committee membership).
- Empower stakeholders and team members to have solution-based conversations regarding compensation and benefits to align organizational and candidate expectations.
- Responsible for executive level full-cycle recruitment to support local Co-ops.
- Travel to conduct in-person meetings with key stakeholders during executive recruitment.
- Create a sourcing strategy/plan with the support of Talent Acquisition Sourcing team to align on a proactive approach to attract candidates.
- Lead a team of recruitment professionals liaising with key stakeholders throughout FCL and local Co-ops to determine hiring requirements through frequent and open communication.

- Have a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Human Resources, Business/Management/ Commerce, and/or the Social Sciences.
- Believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
- Possess superior knowledge and proficiency in full-cycle recruitment.
- Have 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience in Talent Acquisition with 3+ years at a management level.
