The recruiter must...
- Be very autonomous in his travels, as he will have to travel to Ville St-Laurent and Laval.
- Thoroughly and diligently complete hiring documents for each candidate
- Use social networks and participate in business events to ensure positioning and develop new relationships.
- Establish the recruitment plan to meet customer needs: sourcing, posting, interviewing, accompanying talent in their job search.
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews
- Be able to target the needs of talent and customers to become a trusted partner in their career/professional challenges.
The Randstad recruiter will also need...
- Team spirit and a strong ability to learn;
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, recruitment or customer service;
- University degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration, or other relevant field
- A vehicle will be required for this job (you will have to travel).

- Strong organizational skills
- The job is 100% on-site
