Join us as a Recruitment Support Associate, a critical role pushing boundaries in the recruitment landscape. Your role will directly influence the quality and diversity of the placements with great companies across the country and help shape a candidate’s career for years to come.
THE TASKS
May include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:
- Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates, facilitating communication and feedback throughout the process.
- Conducting initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Utilizing various sourcing strategies such as online job boards, outbound messaging, and social media to attract potential candidates.
- Maintaining a database of candidate information for future job opportunities and conducting follow-up outreach with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction.
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.

THE EXPECTATIONS TIMELINE PREVIEW
By Month 1
- Familiarize with Outhire's sourcing strategies and use online job boards, networking events, and social media to attract potential candidates.
- Begin managing recruitment projects, demonstrating the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Understand Outhire's hiring process, unique value proposition, and staffing needs of clients.
By Month 3
- Start coordinating interviews between clients and candidates, facilitating communication throughout the process.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
By Month 6
- Maintain a database of candidate information for future job opportunities and conduct follow-up discussions with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
By Month 12
- Contribute to refining the recruitment process and sourcing strategies.
- Demonstrate consistent success in placing high-quality candidates and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Exhibit mastery in handling the recruitment process from start to finish.
THE SKILL SET
- Prior experience or education in accounting or finance is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or recruitment role.
