Customer Support Engineer Jobs

As a Technical Support Engineer, you deliver unique value by collaboratively and reactively solving customer problems, providing proactive support advice, contributing to product quality and enhancements, and creating self-help assets to broadly reach more customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the Customer

• Resolution of High-Impact Technical Challenges

• Multi-Channel Customer Communication

• Customer Advocacy

• Product Improvement Liaison

Qualifications:

1. Customer Service/Focus (internal or external)
2. technical accreditation in networking
3. PowerBI, Tableau
4. French language (speaking & writing)

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $50000 - $65000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
