The role we are offering you:

In our team, you would have the opportunity to read and analyze installation and manufacturing schematics; plan and draw patterns with different shapes; cut, shape, assemble and fit metal sheets and plates or any other material used in assembly and structures. You would also have to perform all the steps required for the assembly, modification, and installation of all types of parts and/or hydraulic and electromechanical assemblies; build parts and perform complex adjustments on the flight systems at the customer site.

• Install fasteners and rivets as per drawings, schematics and work procedures requirements.
• Do the work related to modification, repair, assembly, alignment and installation of non mechanical components in the non simulated area (back of the simulator).
• Knowing and applying notions related to material’s properties in use.
• Produce embossed and rolled parts.
• Read and analyze directives and work procedures, schemas, schematics and technical drawings.
• Do the work related to the assembly, adjustment (following precision norms) and installation of mechanical, electromechanical and hydraulic components of the simulator.
• Knowing and applying literally the work Health and Safety protocol, in particular SIMDUT.
• Use of measuring instruments, assembly tools and the following cutting and moulding machine tools: saw band, manual and hydraulic shears and profile bender.
