Customer Support Technician Jobs

Looking for an exciting new challenge in the hard rock mining industry? We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/French) Customer Support Technician to join our team! As a CST, you will have the opportunity to travel to mine sites across North America, liaising directly with our valued customers and ensuring the smooth commissioning, maintenance, and training customers in the operation and maintenance of our technologies (grinding mills and mining equipment).

The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification (e.g. Journeyman Crane Technician, Diesel Technician, Electrician, Mechanic) and strong communication and organizational skills. Desirable qualifications include experience in the hard rock mining industry, knowledge of Australian engineering standards, and business development/sales experience.
