Led Installation Support Manager Jobs

Supports Manager in leading, coaching and developing the installation team.

Staying up to date on product knowledge, process, etc.

Manages daily tasks (lunches, phone schedules, Back Office and general daily tasks)

Minimum 1-year experience in customer service and technical support, in call center

Organized, Multi tasks & call control skills.

Answers technical inquiries received from external and internal installers and customers through telephone or emails [during normal business hours]

Ensure program and/or project goals and objectives are met.  Lead benefit realization exercises including budget operationalization and management

Excellent influencing and change management skills

Use program and project management best practices to help teams execute programs on time, on budget, and within project goal specifications

Baseline current process performance, set objectives and complete cost benefit assessments.

Identify and engage appropriate stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive conflict resolution

Background in SaaS industry including a working understanding of product implementations, marketing operations, go-to-market, and user experience

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and clients.

Install fasteners and rivets as per drawings, schematics and work procedures requirements.

The role we are offering you:
