YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Installation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive excellent HVAC services and that our team is reaching their professional goals – you understand that these are the building blocks for meeting company objectives!

This position is a blend of leadership, coordination, teamwork, customer service, and strategic process improvement. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Collaborating with quality control to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and optimizing processes.
• Skillfully coordinating projects, managing equipment and tools inventory, and prudently handling the budget.
• Overseeing and managing customer inquiries, swiftly resolving issues, and fostering lasting customer relationships through expertly scheduled installations.
• Managing the installation department, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Nurturing a thriving team environment through the facilitation of team meetings, one-on-one interactions, training, and mentoring sessions.
• Embracing a flexible and supportive attitude, willingly assisting with other day-to-day tasks as needed.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to influence others positively, rapidly build trust, and handle challenging situations.
• Proficient with computers and quickly adaptable to learning new software.
• Proven track record in motivating teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Process-oriented mindset with an acute eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Possession of a Class 5 driver's license.
• Experience taking a lean-in approach when challenges arise to ensure the best outcome possible for customers and the business.
• Skilled at leading a team through mentorship, training, and skill development.
• Dedicated to delivering customer service that goes above and beyond expectations.
• 2+ years of demonstrated management experience.
• A high degree of integrity that inspires pride and commitment in our team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and clients.

• Familiarity with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
• Experience with Nexstar.
• Experience working in HVAC and /or the home service sector.
