YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possession of a Class 5 driver's license.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


As Installation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive excellent HVAC services and that our team is reaching their professional goals – you understand that these are the building blocks for meeting company objectives!


This position is a blend of leadership, coordination, teamwork, customer service, and strategic process improvement. Your day-to-day duties will include:


  • Skillfully coordinating projects, managing equipment and tools inventory, and sticking within budget.
  • Embracing a flexible and supportive attitude, willingly assisting with other day-to-day tasks as needed.
  • Nurturing a thriving team environment through the facilitation of team meetings, one-on-one interactions, training, and mentoring sessions.
  • Managing the installation department and empowering them to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with quality control to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and optimizing processes.
  • Overseeing and managing customer inquiries, swiftly resolving issues, and fostering lasting customer relationships through expertly scheduled installations.
