- Experience working in HVAC and /or the home service sector.
- Experience with Nexstar.
- Skillfully coordinating projects, managing equipment and tools inventory, and sticking within budget.
- Embracing a flexible and supportive attitude, willingly assisting with other day-to-day tasks as needed.
- Nurturing a thriving team environment through the facilitation of team meetings, one-on-one interactions, training, and mentoring sessions.
- Managing the installation department and empowering them to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating with quality control to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and optimizing processes.
- Overseeing and managing customer inquiries, swiftly resolving issues, and fostering lasting customer relationships through expertly scheduled installations.
