We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Recruitment and Onboarding Consultant to join our team as we expand our online presence.

We are in search of a highly organized and proactive individual to fulfill the role of Recruitment and Onboarding Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and executing our recruitment and onboarding strategies while providing exceptional support to our clients. Your main objective will be to source, screen, and connect qualified candidates with appropriate job opportunities, as well as guide and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively engage with potential candidates to build relationships and assess their career goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews and feedback.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including negotiating offers and managing expectations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the client's organization.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates to gather necessary onboarding documentation, including contracts, tax forms, and other required paperwork.
- Develop and deliver onboarding materials, including orientation programs, training materials, and employee handbooks.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and new employees during the onboarding period, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment and Onboarding Consultant or similar role, preferably in the HR or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and new employee orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and new employees.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
