Position Title: AVEVA OSISOFT PI application Expert
Position Summary:
Senior AVEVA OSIsoft PI Expert- to support our clients onsite and to be based at Quebec, Canada. PI System and Net/C# knowledge is required to help debug code in production.
What you’ll do:

• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Engineering Manager.
• Team management (team coordinator for 11 months and potential extension): management of team planning, dispatch of activities, steering committees, reporting, management of envelopes, qualification interviews, etc.
• Management of incidents, problems, changes (CRB presentations), service request, CAPA under Service Now (ITIL V4 Foundation certification). On-call incident management.
• Maintaining applications in portfolio.
• Project management: impact analysis, load estimate, incoming and planning management, workload management, activity monitoring, weekly reporting, coordination with production.
• Training of newcomers, team training sessions, implementation of operating methods, implementation of tools allowing a homogenization of knowledge within the team.
• Develop specific AVEVA OSIsoft PI visualizations and dashboards, analytical equations, and advanced reporting.
• Project implementation: document update (CSV, procedures, GED management), technical implementations, writing test plans and test reports, writing functional tests, carrying out formal testing (HP ALM). V cycle and agile method.
• Exchanges with global teams and suppliers (written and oral English)

What you’ll have:

• Know-how in AVEVA OSISOFT PI application support (PI Data Historian, PI AF, PI Interfaces, PI Datalink, PI Processbook, PI SMT, PI RtReports...), ALERT (Micromedia)... Knowledge of windows, network, SQL, Oracle.
• Fluent in French and is local to Quebec.
• 10 to 14 years complex PI development experience required, AVEVA PI/OSIsoft PI in Pharma Industry.
• Strong presentation and communication skills. (This person will be helping some with development for project work. Will act as bridge between customer and Capgemini France team.)
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, or a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical, Biochemistry or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
