The role we are offering you:


We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist for the Middle East & India Region. This position is responsible for the marketing and sales of this new department, for the maintenance of CAE’s leadership in Customer Services, achievement of Aftermarket Order Intake and profitability to meet company objectives, developing short to medium-term market penetration strategies in collaboration with the Aftermarket Growth Leaders.


Support specific sales campaigns as they relate to a specific Aftermarket Services portfolio item


  • Capture data about competitor offering
  • Gather information about customer’s needs
  • Build intel from customers and market
  • Close deals and hand-over to proper execution leader
  • Liaise with Civil Sales colleagues to ensure alignment of Services sales strategies sold with new equipment and by Aftermarket organization
  • Update sales forecast in support to Services Growth targets
  • Meet and present value propositions to clients as required
  • Do regular follow-up with customers
  • Identify potential customers for specific services in collaboration with Growth Leaders
  • Prepare and adapt presentation material to specific customer needs
  • Establish first contacts with these customers
  • Pro-actively follow-up with customers
  • Gather all required information from various internal/external sources
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of our Subscription Services that will grow Aftermarket recurring revenues
  • Lead and close specific sales opportunities in collaboration with Sales Account Leader
  • Confirm price positioning of our Services
  • Bring market information to help define the scope and price of subscription services (existing and new)
  • Maintain customer information in SalesForce
  • Organize or participate to meetings with customers to present value proposition
  • Work with Aftermarket Growth Leaders and Business Project Specialists to define the best Service offering


Our ideal candidate has:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other related discipline;
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • An ability to communicate effectively at different organizational levels;
  • Strong analytical skills;
