Responsibilities


  • Drive product launches including working with marketing, customer success, and sales teams.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
  • Represent the company by speaking with customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Proven experience using analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to identify trends and issues and inform product decisions.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
  • Passion for developing user experiences that users will love and remember.
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Gather customer feedback from marketing, customer success, and sales teams and translate them into prioritized tasks for design and engineering teams.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Develop product enhancement roadmaps and manage the execution timeline.
  • Proven work experience in technical product management at a SaaS setting.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
