In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and drive the product vision from concept to launch.

As a Lead Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining the product strategy and roadmap, guiding the product development process, and championing a user-centric approach to product design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and market experts to identify and define a compelling product vision. Formulate a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. Continuously evaluate market trends and user feedback to refine and adapt the product strategy over time.
2. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to work cohesively towards a common product vision. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning to ensure high-quality product outcomes.
3. User-Centric Design: Champion a user-first approach in the product development process. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to deeply understand user needs and pain points. Translate user insights into innovative product features and intuitive user experiences.
4. Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to release. Define and prioritize product features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business viability. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient and timely product delivery.
5. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed product decisions. Monitor product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
6. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Analyze market dynamics and identify opportunities for differentiation and product innovation.
7. Agile Product Management: Embrace and promote agile methodologies in product development. Utilize iterative and incremental approaches to deliver value early and often.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with modern product management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Customer-focused mindset, with a keen eye for user experience and design aesthetics.
