Your role :

Within the R&D organization spread over Canada, Europe and India, the candidate will be the main point of contact between R&D and the support and delivery organization within EXFO

Key activities for the position are :

  • Receive the tickets from the support org, check their validity
  • Update the documentation and troubleshooting procedures so the support and delivery org enjoys the desired level of autonomy in providing the service level our customers expect
  • Publish the hotfixes when applicable
  • Reproduce the defective scenarios
  • Act as level3 support, for delivery team, during solution deployment and/or upgrade


What we are looking for :

We are looking for motivated, curious individuals, fluent in English, with a significant experience with Linux, containers and full stack applications.

You will join a multidisciplinary team whose key values are competence, solidarity, commitment, curiosity and rigor.


Technical skills

Our tools are : Jira, GitLab, SAP

Our technical stack includes SQL/NoSQL database, timeseries, Docker/Kubernetes

Programming languages : Bash, some experience in Javascript/Typescript a plus

Mandatory requirements

  • System and network management experience a plus.
  • Rudiments of cyber security
  • Fluent english
  • 2-year experience in frontend, backend development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant field, or equivalent education.
