Job Description
Are you a Product Support / Technical Support Specialist with expertise with Autodesk Inventor and you are looking for a new opportunity? Are you looking for a new contract opportunity?
We are pleased to offer you a new contract opportunity for you to consider:
Start: ASAP
Estimated length: 4 months
Location: Montreal
Hybrid work

Responsibilities
  • Create technical help articles based on resolution found during troubleshooting.
  • Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system.
  • Advance unresolved issues to senior staff as required.
  • Respond to support requests via multiple channels by following documented processes and managing those ongoing relationships.
  • Research, verify, and document product defects.
  • Actively handle personal backlog of support requests.
  • Manage customer and partner expectations by providing timely updates on progress.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Autodesk Inventor
  • Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with HSM tools (Optional)
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or similar
  • Experience with CAM workflows (Optional)
  • 3 or more years of industry experience
