Location will be our Montreal office, we are not asking them to be in the office to work daily but it will be hybrid.

Candidate is responsible for resolving customer issues reported to us via phone, chat, web, online forums, and other channels. need this person to be very proficient with Inventor and how to troubleshoot
What will you do?
Technical Support:
- Actively handle personal backlog of support requests.
- Create technical help articles based on resolution found during troubleshooting.
- Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system.
- Respond to support requests via multiple channels by following documented processes and managing those ongoing relationships.
- Research, verify, and document product defects.
- Advance unresolved issues to senior staff as required.
- Manage customer and partner expectations by providing timely updates on progress.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor
- Experience with CAM workflows (Optional)
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or similar
- 3 or more years of industry experience
- Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Experience with HSM tools (Optional)
3 must haves:
- Customer support skills (Communication and Writing)
- Team mindset as they will need to collaborate a lot
- Direct knowledge using and troubleshooting Autodesk Inventor (need to be able to hit the ground running so need to know Inventor)
