The TELUS Consumer Health Product team is focused on leveraging the latest technology to empower Canadians to take control of their health and the health of their loved ones. The rapid growth of Virtual Care has been unprecedented since the COVID pandemic, and our product team is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join the TELUS Health MyCare team.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As a product manager, you’ll join a dynamic, driven, fast-paced and highly engaged team where you'll support the TELUS Health MyCare mobile app and service. Our product allows Canadians to access healthcare through their smartphone, giving the ability to meet virtually with doctors, as well as counsellors and other allied healthcare providers, and easily access their clinical records.

In this role, you'll lead the launch and ongoing product management for various components of the TELUS Health MyCare Virtual Care service.

Here's How

• You will ensure the product meets or exceeds security standards and privacy regulations
• You will collaborate with cross functional teams; Leading others through influence; Ability to give, take, and act on feedback in a positive way
• You will lead timely resolution of production and service delivery issues
• You will partner with vendors and internal teams to evolve the app, providing requirements, and taking new features from concept through development, pilot, launch, and post-launch management.
• You will use data, financial acumen and customer feedback to measure success and to develop meaningful actions and recommendations to improve the product, identify new opportunities, and align the organization on priorities across multiple projects, stakeholders, and business units
• You will set and measure key performance indicators and work with partners to achieve these critical metrics

• You have a knack for presentation and storytelling, you craft clear, concise and compelling messages, sharing a vision and bringing groups along the journey
• You have expertise and progressive experience in product management and project management
• You are known for your relationship building, teamwork, ability to influence, and interpersonal skills across teams, companies, and geographic boundaries, and have a track record of delivering superior products
• Passion and interest in technology (particularly digital health) and delivering a phenomenal user experience

Great-to-haves

• Product Owner, Service Design, or Lean Process Design certification
• Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) - English required
• Experience in the Canadian Healthcare industry
