The Global Product Manager will be responsible for:

• Evaluate competitor tools and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Rank, prioritize, and plan development activities based on available resources, communicating the plan to key internal stakeholders for approval.
• Lead product roadmap development and ensure products are up-to-date with evolving technologies.
• Manage the backlog, conduct annual resource requirements planning, and budgeting.
• Conduct comprehensive user and market research, gathering feedback from users, sales, internal teams, and external market inputs.
• Plan and execute successful product and feature launches, developing training materials, coordinating marketing efforts, and communicating launch details to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external resources during development sprints, maintaining budgets, and approving external supplier invoices.
• Collaborate with other GPMs and local TPMs to gather additional market insights and feedback.
• Translate user inputs into clear feature requirements, documenting necessary engineering calculations and business logic/rules.
• Work with the UI/UX Team to define and refine product features, organizing and executing user prototype testing sessions.

The required qualifications for the Global Product Manager are:

• Must possess a valid passport allowing travel within Canada and the USA.
• Additional experience with Shopify, Java, or Sap will be considered a valuable asset.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a software development or product management role.
• Strong experience working with MS Dynamics CRM, MySQL, Photoshop, Jira, and/or AHA!
• Proficient in conducting presentations and effectively communicating technical terms both verbally and in written form.
• Knowledge of common software project development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or KANBAN, is an advantage.
• Familiarity with software development environments.
