Key Accountabilities :

• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Manages the life cycle of our cold kits for tc-99 labeling for diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging and radioactive iodine for thyroid treatment
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
• Define a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for the product that supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, work closely with R&D to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Participate in budget and forecast activities

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s Degree in a science field required. MBA or advanced degree is desirable.

Experience with pharmaceutical products

Experience with radiopharmaceuticals desirable

Work experience in product management or marketing
