Job Description
We are a leading technology company specializing in natural language processing and machine learning. Our cutting-edge product line includes Language Models (LLMs) that have gained significant popularity and trust in the industry. To further expand our offerings, we are launching a new service that focuses on fine-tuning LLMs for different applications. We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Marketing Manager to lead this initiative and drive its success from a marketing standpoint.


Role Overview:


As the Product Marketing Manager for LLM Fine-Tuning Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy to drive adoption and growth of our fine-tuning services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing success of this initiative. Your primary objective will be to position our LLM fine-tuning services as a premier solution for businesses seeking highly customized and effective language models for their specific needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning for our fine-tuning services, tailored to different customer segments and industries. Clearly articulate the unique benefits and value our services offer over standard out-of-the-box LLMs.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop high-quality marketing collateral, including website content, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and sales enablement materials. Ensure the messaging and content resonate with target customers and effectively communicate the value of our services.
  • Customer Advocacy: Work closely with the customer success team to gather customer feedback, success stories, and testimonials to showcase the value and impact of our fine-tuning services. Leverage these insights to enhance our messaging and improve the customer experience.
  • Launch and Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop and optimize marketing channels, including email marketing, content syndication, social media, and webinars.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to drive product positioning, identify new market opportunities, and make informed recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell our fine-tuning services. Develop sales presentations, FAQs, and other materials to help them articulate the benefits and advantages of our services to potential customers.
  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive marketing strategy for our LLM fine-tuning services, including target market analysis, value proposition development, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
