Our client is a global enterprise leader in HR Tech that's based in Montreal and has been consistently recognized for its award-winning culture and top-tier product offerings. As a result of their exponential growth, specifically on their marketing team, they're seeking their very first Product Marketing Manager to work alongside the Director of Product Marketing to scale the Product Marketing department globally.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for developing and ensuring the cross-functional implementation of GTM strategies designed to bring innovative HR tech solutions to the market. You will create and improve existing Product Marketing collateral, and research/analyze markets to break into. You will be an evangelist for all Product Marketing-related activities and be an active storyteller on features and how to solve problems for the customer. You will understand customer needs and collaborate significantly with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver a well-constructed and thought-out marketing strategy. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing.
Roles/Responsibilities
-Ensuring cross-functional implementation and performance of the Enterprise GTM strategy in different geographical markets: MENA, APAC, Europe, and North America.
-Owning product launches and the assets
-Building out product content strategy (product briefs, demo, and explainer videos, product webpages, case studies, etc.) – by working closely with copywriters and graphic designers.
-Driving the development of thought leadership strategy & campaign assets (battle cards, surveys, videos, webinars, interactive content)
-Working with product management to assess the competitive environment, creating optimal messaging for positioning, and translating that messaging into supporting assets
-Assisting with content strategy, working closely with the Product team to establish assets for the entire buyers’ journey, and specifying the needs of the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel
-Researching and analyzing new markets to extend into, with a high degree of cross-functional work and understanding the customer need from all sides.
-Curious to learn about our target personas to better write messaging that highlights the Explorance differentiators, key benefits and value proposition
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or any other related field – a combination of relevant experience will be considered.
- 2+ years of B2B Product Marketing and/or Product Management experience
- A true storyteller, that has superb verbal + written communication skills (bilingual is a plus!)
