Drive product requirements and business analysis

Read through detailed business and regulatory documentation and build stories (requirements)

Understand and have ability to present stories (requirements) to technical teams

Ability to reverse engineer complex undocumented algorithms and turn them into requirements

Must have business analysis experience

Creates business case notes for every win and sends along with the SOP to the respective regions’ product managers.

Maps and profiles customers in the key tradelane.

Prioritizes top customers in the lanes based on their business potential.

Maps developments with each customer and devise action plans.

Ensures due attention to new opportunity.

Prepares and updates organizational chart for all contacts across regions for the key tradelanes.

Risk Management and Audit Capabilities:

o PMP, PgMP, or Portfolio Management certifications.

o Familiarity with audit capabilities and risk management in program management.

Learning and Development Program Monitoring and Management:

Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

o Identify and assess portfolio and program risks, creating risk management plans to mitigate potential issues.

Assist with the development and lead the implementation of formal Product Development framework, reporting, capacity planning, resource management and budget development.

Able to conduct presentations for management and peers

Minimum 4 years’ experience directly managing teams.

Must have experience tracking inventory through LIMS or ERP systems (SAP and SalesForce experience is an asset)

Must have experience using QMS: specifically Change Controls, CAPAs, DMS (SalesForce is an asset)

Able to work in varying temperatures

Coordinates cash management product implementation and financial transaction set-up.

Depth of knowledge governing strategic processes

Experience and success with implementing systems to hold stakeholders accountable

Experience with building out centralized systems within and across teams

Strong cross-functional leadership and analytical skills

Lifecycle management - work with Offer Managers to manage lifecycle communications and updates to services and all material

1+ years experience in product management or related role

Familiarize yourself with company’s product lines and service offerings and their impact on our customers and market as a whole

Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization as it relates to your assigned portfolio of service offerings

Maintain an existing services offer portfolio, including periodic troubleshooting and corrective actions for operational issues

Deliver on-going service offer training (Portfolio Awareness)

Experience, Qualifications, and Educational Requirements:

Develop new product prototypes for presentation to management and marketing.

Advance knowledge of category of expertise (snacking, baking, confectionary).

Intermediate technical, product development and application skills.

Advanced knowledge of functional ingredients.

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office software, JD Edwards and Genesis).

Research, formulation and development of new products within timelines including; basic costing, processing requirements, SOPs and specifications

Manage ingredient functionality and recipe formulation within processing parameters

Min 7+ years Product Development experience in food manufacturing

Experience with taking products through idea concept, prototyping, and commercialization

Experience communicating directly with customers

Resource and allocate seasonal style capacity efficiently across various product classifications and team capabilities

Maintain a knowledgeable overview of all product categories with the ability to proxy and aid in strategic decision making

Work experience in product management or marketing

Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members

Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, work closely with R&D to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Define a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for the product that supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

Strong entrepreneurship, project management, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

BS/BA in engineering or operations management is required.

Min. 5 years of experience in developing a resale strategy

Min. 5 years of experience in electrical industry experience

Strong communications skills both written and verbal; bilingual.

Experience in manufacturing sector (asset).
