Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead the product strategy, development, and execution at Dripshop.live. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our product roadmap, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional experiences to our users. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business teams based in the US and the development team based in India. Reporting to the CTO, you will build and lead a small team of product managers, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy, aligning it with the company's vision, goals, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and business development, to deliver cohesive and compelling product experiences.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging user feedback, data analytics, and industry best practices.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product roadmaps.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure effective and efficient product development, including managing timelines, resources, and priorities.
- Build and lead a small team of product managers, fostering their professional growth and providing mentorship.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user studies to identify market opportunities and user needs.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- 6 to 8 years in product management, with a track record of successfully launching consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to advocate for user-centric design.
- Experience working with international teams, specifically with engineering teams in India.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with live streaming, social commerce, or e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
