Global Loyalty Product Specialist Jobs

7-10 years of Product Management experience or similar.

Quick adaptability to acquire new knowledge and skills.

Extensive experience in Voice of Customer research tools and methods.

Strong problem-solving skills for identifying root causes and implementing countermeasures.

Influential abilities to drive action on key initiatives.

Experience in the water treatment industry, including DBOO, RO, MF/UF, Chemicals, DEMIN, IX, Measurement/Instrumentations, and UV disinfection.

5+ years of proven experience in a software development or product management role.

Manage the backlog, conduct annual resource requirements planning, and budgeting.

The required qualifications for the Global Product Manager are:

Translate user inputs into clear feature requirements, documenting necessary engineering calculations and business logic/rules.

Strong experience working with MS Dynamics CRM, MySQL, Photoshop, Jira, and/or AHA!

Additional experience with Shopify, Java, or Sap will be considered a valuable asset.

Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;

Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;

Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and

Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
