We are looking for an experienced project manager in healthcare management consulting. This dynamic individual will join a fast-growing company entirely dedicated to healthcare and focused on the Quebec market.
We are looking for a perfectly bilingual professional in English and French, living in Quebec, who has a burning passion for supporting our customers in solving today's most pressing challenges by adopting emerging technologies and solutions. As a member of our team, you will assume key responsibilities within a wide range of digital health services, giving you a global vision of all areas related to this sector.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer projects. In addition, you will work closely with the Strategic Advisor to participate in operational development activities and contribute to the preparation and delivery of high-quality tenders. You have proven skills and experience in the province of Quebec, as well as recognized expertise in digital health services.
The Project Manager will be responsible for project management, account management, drafting RFP and other operational tasks, including:
- Lead customer projects and project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work products that meet customer needs.
- Contribute to all aspects of building a practice, focusing on operational development, customer, and community engagement, and promoting our brand.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Advisor to advise and assist the executive team in innovating, identifying business opportunities, thinking creatively, and delivering value through ideas, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Support account management and business development activities.
- Stay informed about best practices and trends in healthcare and digital health.
- Participate in digital health tendering processes, including taking part in certain meetings on the tendering strategy. You will also be responsible for preparing responses and presentation materials to ensure consistency and adherence to customer digital health requirements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in health sciences/Discipline, Engineering, Technology/Computer Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field –
· More than 5 years of experience in the field of digital health, ideally within the Quebec health care system or in collaboration with/for a professional services company serving the Quebec market.
· An asset Knowledge or experience of managing innovation, human-centered design and strategic change and culture is an asset.
· Industry certifications are considered an asset: RMP (PgMP/PMP/CAPM)/Prince2/Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt/Black Belt Trainer), Agile Certification/Agile Coach (CSM, SAFe, PMI -ACP), ITIL, COBIT, others.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
· Fluency in French and English is required.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks and effective time management.
· Ability to organize multiple responsibilities while meeting the needs of clients, project teams.
· Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.
Additional Requirement
· Must reside in the province of Quebec.
· Travel required when and where client or company activities are required.
