Digital Marketing Project Manager - Remote

Job Responsibilities

Social/Website/Community Management:

• Moderate online conversations and uphold employer's reputation according to branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with Customer Services team to address online issues.
• Monitor and report on ambassador/influencer campaigns.
• Provide social media campaign recommendations based on knowledge of digital culture and trends.
• Create and source content for publication on websites and social channels.
• Utilize social media monitoring tools to analyze and report on community feedback and sentiment.
• Administer and manage employer's family of websites/microsites.
• Publish and distribute organic and paid assets on social channels to support and represent employer online.

Management Of Content Calendar

• Manage paid media campaign calendar to ensure consistent content aligned with objectives.
• Ensure content meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with Canadian and global team stakeholders to gather and schedule content.
• Assist in developing a content plan and schedule for distribution.

Position Requirements

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with content management systems for social media and websites.
• Passion for and knowledge of extreme sports, music, or gaming industry preferred.
• Bilingual in English and French preferred.
• Intermediate graphic design experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong copywriting skills with understanding of advertising, marketing, and digital writing conventions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comprehensive understanding of how social media impacts brands and business objectives.
• Knowledge of major social media networks and current trends.
• Actively engaged user on social media channels.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related fields.
