Job Duties

• Manage and oversee all residential, marine, commercial, and industrial projects
• Meet specific timelines and ensure all protocols are followed
• Coordinate site meetings and communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and insurance company representatives
• Provide feedback and direction to complete projects on time and on budget
• Create, review, and edit estimates using Xactimate software

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and professionally with staff and customers
• Delegate tasks, set expectations, and monitor progress of direct reports
• Maintain employee confidentiality and coach, lead, mentor, and motivate employees
• Verify completion of all documents and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Identify measures of performance and take actions to improve or correct performance

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction/Restoration/Insurance preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction trades, building codes, and regulatory agencies
• Post-secondary courses or certification in Construction, Business/Project Management preferred
• Sales experience and knowledge of Xactimate and XactAnalysis software preferred

Physical Demands

• Access and mobility in tight spaces
• Occasional lifting from 41 lbs +, assisted
• Fit Testing and Working at Heights may be required
• Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling
• Frequent lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted
