Our agency is looking for an experienced digitally-focused Account & Project Manager to lead strategy, branding and web projects for our global clients. This position will communicate with our teams in the US (West Coast), UK and Canada. Candidates in the Eastern Time zone (EST) are preferred.
Account Manager Overview
Wunderdogs is an independent creative agency with a growing (20+) distributed team across the U.S., Canada and Europe. We provide beginning-to-end strategy, design and web services to forward-thinking brands in the technology space, from startups to established companies.

Our client services team members are the face of the business. We’re looking for an expert communicator to build and nurture client relationships with a view to growing revenue, and a detail-obsessed project manager who can deliver the exemplary level of service our clients have come to expect from their creative partner.
Your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Client Service
- Owning client relationships end-to-end and managing related day-to-day project tasks
- Understanding client’s goals and proactively solving for their needs
- Collaborating with internal creative, production and engineering teams to ensure project deliverables exceed client expectations and scopes are correctly executed
- Providing outstanding client service: regular check-ins, in a timely and insightful manner (e-mails, calls, video conferencing)
- Working directly with the Account Director to ensure client relationships and cross-sell/upsell pipelines remain healthy
Project Management
- Creating and managing detailed project plans
- Tracking and forecasting effort to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Assigning and managing tasks within our project management tool
- Ensuring quality control of the deliverables, with specific focus on web Q&A and launch
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and complete documentation for client relationships, and projects
We’re looking for someone who does not shy away from a challenge and is comfortable working to tight deadlines when required. We expect all Wunderdogs client service team members to be confident owning branding and digital projects end-to-end, which includes presenting work to and taking questions from clients. The ability to understand and correctly interpret client needs is vital.
You will be joining us during an exciting time and will be working on multiple projects simultaneously, often for different clients. Requirements
- At least 3-5 years creative agency experience as a Senior Account Executive, Senior Project Manager or Account Manager
- Experience leading digital teams, estimating for web and app projects, managing web projects end-to-end, and launching websites is a must
- Familiarity with WordPress and Webflow websites and basic QA knowledge for manual website testing
- Familiarity with project tracking software such as Trello, Paymo, Asana etc.
- Experience managing strategy, visual identity, and creative production projects is a plus
- A background in project management is a plus
- Comfortable creating and delivering decks, defending decisions and interpreting feedback for strategy, design and web projects
- Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Expert time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication (English)
- Being a trusted and empathetic partner to clients
- Comfortable with remote collaboration, including video chat, and tools like Google Suite and Slack - with proven proficiency in Google Sheets
- Outstanding collaboration and consensus-building skills, working with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to take initiative and help with a variety of account service tasks
- Interest in design, technology, innovation and digital trends
- Diverse team (team members are based in San Francisco, Seattle, Moscow, London, Edinburgh, Toronto, Calgary, Sao Paulo) and yearly team retreats all over the world
- Working with interesting clients that are trying to solve global problems
- Fully remote (traveling is encouraged)

- Salary is commensurate with experience and market-rate at the candidate's location
