Why this role is important:
The Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and implementation of ABM campaigns to drive pipeline within targeted accounts. This role will help build the ABM program at Igloo in partnership with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders. Reporting to the CMO, this is a high-visibility, high impact, position with executive sponsorship so the ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator, able to lean on their previous ABM experience to hit the ground running with proven 1:1 and 1:few tactics that accelerate conversions and pipeline.
The impact you’ll have:
- Create, execute, and optimize ABM campaigns using our current and future MarTech stack
- Measure, report, and share key learnings from lead generation and pipeline building activities with various internal teams, finding opportunities to improve approaches.
- Proactively identify campaign risks and implement plans to mitigate them
- Partner closely with strategic sales leaders to understand target accounts, develop sales outreach materials and gather feedback to optimize program performance.
- Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven account-based marketing strategy to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with content marketing to identify and fill content gaps.
- Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve marketing strategies.
- Leverage ABM tools to enrich key target lists, build account segments, and target accounts with content relevant to their pain points and journey stage.
The keys to success:
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing functions.
- A collaborative and positive attitude with passion for questioning assumptions and answering questions with data, in order to unlock value for the enterprise.
- You are self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently
- Experience executing multi-channel programs targeting enterprise and/or midmarket accounts.
- A demonstrated the ability to meet and exceed KPIs (and can explain how).
- You have exceptional data and analytical skills and are quantitative by nature
- 2+ years of Account Based Marketing campaign experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required (Marketing, Business)
