Marketing Brand Ambassador Jobs

Must have a smartphone to use for text, email, photographs, and frequent communication/check in with manager

Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required

Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals

Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs

Answer general questions and stimulate interest in our products

Gather information for appointment setting purposes

Prepare various status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals (Management level).

Advance rapidly into a long-term management career.

Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.

Attend all product knowledge sessions to gain knowledge on Canada Goose’s merchandise and be the expert to customer inquiries

Educate customers on specific product features and benefits on various types of merchandise

Resolve all customer service issues and partner with the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with issues outside of company policies

Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer focused, fashion brand environment

Experience working with affluent and luxury brands an asset

Proven track record of successful sales experience, exceeding quota

Provides on going feedback to Management on successes and opportunities

Provides necessary feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs.

Represents the customer experience expectations in store

Delivers a consistent experience aligned to RL Brand expectations by supporting the company and store vision

Motivated to drive their business day to day and achieve daily, weekly, monthly sales goals.

Proactively drives business through focusing on the customer at the core of all decisions

Open House reps- Required Qualifications:

Promote AGM's services during open house events to secure appointments on the spot

Availability to work on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that open houses will not be conducted during long weekends.

Possession of a personal vehicle is required

Basement: $1,500 per signed contract.

Experience in Private Label brand management is an asset

Knowledge of file management and storage i.e. Photo files, presentations and PDF
