The Private Brand Marketing Specialist is an organized and detailed-oriented individual, who will be working independently on multiple projects within our team with a clear focus on ensuring critical brand development projects are executed on time and in full. Must be able to work independently, prioritize workload and initiatives and manage project initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively and establish strong working relationships with cross functional resources including PLM, Regulatory, Product Development and the Business Development Teams to provide status updates and follow up in the management of all projects
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive library of product shot presentations for our marketing/sales team; Using software to merge to files
• Ability to plan, compile, filter and categorize marketing assets for our internal brand
• Comfortable in presenting updates to stakeholders
• Gathering and guide direction for the organization and development of product images/shots, and creating descriptions for a Central Data Bank management system
• Establish strong working relationships with Key Retailer brand teams, Package Design agencies and printer network to manage initiatives through to completion on time and in full
• Support brand team in the development and execution of packaging artwork, including being the point person for digital artwork routing.
• Lead the artwork approval process through the internal functional areas and our customers to ensure all projects are on time and meet specifications

Required Ingredients

• 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing role
• Clear communication skills along with a positive attitude
• Experience in Private Label brand management is an asset
• Familiarity with Packaging artwork development is an asset
• Knowledge of file management and storage i.e. Photo files, presentations and PDF
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
