About This Team
The North America Brand Marketing team is responsible for creating and delivering integrated marketing efforts across all channels to deliver guest communication for the North America business. This team executes all campaigns, social media, and omni channel communication across the guest journey.
a day in the life
This role is focused on overseeing the NA Brand Marketing operational infrastructure, improving processes, cross functional communication, and project management that ensures the success of the department and delivery of all guest facing marketing assets. You will lead the Project Management & Operations team in defining operational strategy, planning, and delivering timely execution across the brand calendar.
What You’ll Do

• Facilitate and improve the end-to-end campaign operations experience and refine GTM process for the department.
• Responsible for overall project reporting with regular communication on status, risk and proactively offering solutions.
• Monitor, track and actively manage the overall departmental budget and financial forecasts, including monthly reconciliation.
• Establish and evolve project management methodologies and best practices for the department to set up for future ways of working and scale.
• Lead operational planning and budgeting for annual calendar process to identify requirements needed to deliver across marketing functions.
• Responsible for successfully delivering the annual brand calendar & program roadmap operationally- from resourcing to delivery.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and workflow between cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Lead and develop a team of brand operators in project planning and delivery across brand marketing campaigns and program portfolio.
• Evaluate and implement innovative ways for continuous improvement to maximize efficiency while ensuring high quality end results for the work and teams.
• Lead the day-to-day team priorities through coaching and setting up clear accountability across the teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience building processes and operational excellence.
• Experience in production or project management with a internal creative team and/or creative agency is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and significant attention to detail.
• Experience in leading and managing large teams and budgets.
• Excellent coaching, team building and group facilitation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
• 10-15 years of experience in Brand Marketing and/or Brand Project Management.
