Partner Relations Manager - Canada ( K-12 )

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Partner Relations Manager - Canada to join our Canada Partner Relations Team and take our company and platform to the next level!

What you'll be doing everyday:

• Work across teams to respond to program and school inquiries as well as requests
• Prospect for new partner institutions through outreach, networking, presentations
• Work internally with cross-functional teams and partner institutions on new initiatives and processes improvement focused on growth and diversity recruitment
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to meet enrollment objectives for institution partners
• Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers at partner institutions
• Develop strategies and tactics to deliver on regional and institutional objectives
• Act as an internal point-of-contact for partner institutions within a provided portfolio
• Negotiate and execute school partnership agreements

What you'll bring to the table:

• Ability to properly prioritizing tasks and take initiative
• Strong network of existing contacts in Canadian international education sector
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Passion for excellence, a sense of accountability, strong work-ethic, taking pride in a job well-done, and attention to detail are all must-have traits
• Project management experience and/or training
• Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft productivity software
• 5+ years’ experience in education industry, especially in recruitment or admissions
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts
• Knowledge of the K-12 international recruitment sector as an asset
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, quick-changing environment
• Successful track-record in prospecting, qualifying, and cold calling, as required
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections and work independently to meet KPIs in a timely manner
