who we are
lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.
About This Team
Agile Retail drives and executes the strategy for our formats (pop up stores, outlets + innovative concepts/special projects) through collaboration with our field and SSC partners. We support the NA portfolio growth strategy by creating retail shopping experiences in markets/venues where lululemon has not yet had a presence as a response to current and long-term organizational demand. The organization looks to us as a ‘center of excellence’ to support with creating expressions for growth driving initiatives, innovation and evolution to inform and scale for future.
Within the Agile Retail department, the Innovative Concepts/Special Projects team operates as a specific ‘center of excellence’ supporting net new projects to the organization. Our goal is to test and learn new concepts and expand brand awareness by focusing on brand resonance in new communities and/or gaining brand loyalty/preference in established markets. Our team provides consultation, develops key milestones/KPI’s, operational efficiencies and final execution of projects that are provided through initiative-based work. These initiatives are provided to us by other departments (ie Global Events, NA Community, etc.) that we support in bringing their vision to life and achieve desired outcomes.

This is a key leadership role that works collaboratively with many cross functional teams in every phase of the project for it to come to life, examples being: Openings & Optimizations, FP&A, Store Design, Construction, Strategic Sales, NA Community, Global Events, PR, Marketing, etc.
