The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Partner Relations Manager (Western Canada, Remote) to join our growing Canada Partner Relations Team and take our company and platform to the next level!

What you'll be doing everyday:

• Work internally with cross-functional teams and partner institutions on new initiatives and processes improvement
• Work across teams to respond to program inquiries and partner institution escalations
• Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers at partner institutions
• Prospect for new partner institutions through outreach, networking, presentations
• Create and deliver presentations at national and international conferences
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to meet enrollment objectives for institution partners.
• Negotiate and execute institutional partnership agreements
• Develop new strategies to promote technology solutions to stakeholders
• Act as an internal and external point-of-contact for partner institutions
• Develop strategies and tactics to deliver on regional international student recruitment objectives, including conversion metrics and increasing seat availabilities

What you'll bring to the table:

• Strong network of existing contacts in Canadian international education sector
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft productivity software
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections
• 5 - 7 years’ experience in education industry, experience in recruitment or admissions is preferred
• Project management experience and/or training
• Ability to properly prioritizing tasks and take initiative
• Passion for excellence, a sense of accountability, strong work-ethic, taking pride in a job well-done, and attention to detail are all must-have traits
• Successful track-record in prospecting, qualifying, and cold calling, as required.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, quick-changing environment
