About This Team
The Team Program Account Manager is the face of our brand. They grow our wholesale business by sourcing and maintaining the right small and large Team and Sports based accounts that acquire a new guest for lululemon, provide a competitive barrier, and retain current guests while generating revenue ranging from $6MIL-$10MIL Wholesale per year (12Million-20Million Retail.) These 500-1000 independently owned accounts per Account Manager include Teams of all levels, from the most elite teams within the top Professional sports leagues, to Club teams looking for a competitive edge. They partner with the most influential teams that can grow the lululemon brand and drive revenue to our own vertical channels.

a day in the life: what you’ll do
- Manage our brand integrity including pricing policy, web logo usage, A/R accounts as applicable and other terms as laid out in the lululemon retailer agreement.
- Always looking ahead for innovative and strategic ways to support lululemon’s growth as a brand
- You work in close collaboration with the Program Manager and your peers on the Team Program strategy.
- Responsible for creating a culture that celebrates diversity, is committed to equity, and empowers us to hold each other accountable for always practicing inclusive behaviors.
- Lead the end-to-end management of the Team partnership business including, but not limited to, application process, onboarding to order timeline, day to day account management, Pre buys, contracts, account closures, strategic pilots and initiatives
- Partners with Campus Account Managers to align on Campus strategy
- Identify new strategic partners and develop brand building relationships in new and existing markets, while managing the existing portfolio of partnerships focusing on quality growth.
- Manage 500-1000 Accounts that generate a total of $6,000,000-$10,000,000 per year wholesale ($12,000,000-$20,000000 retail)
- Works in collaboration with Area director on area vision and strategy per market.
- Support the Key City strategy within North America by providing insights and recommendations and work closely with the Key City team on a frequent basis.
- Work cross-functionally with partners in Community, Sports Marketing, and Product to understand and fulfill the unique needs of each of the markets in the area you are managing.
- Confidently track sales to report on business trends and responsible for a quarterly and yearly sales plan.
- Lead market planning conversations with cross-functional partners in community and retail operations to support store pipeline in new markets.
- Provide training on product, Visual Merch, buying and sell through strategies to elevate your partnerships and our brand
- Strategically plans and manages a budget of $15,000-25,000 per quarter/$60,000-$100,000 annually.
- You are highly organized and have strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft 365.
- 3+ years experience in a relationship management, sales or retail leadership role
- Experience and passion within the world of Sports and Team sales
- Willing and able to travel 6-8 days per month within the US and Canada
- You are an independent leader; this is a field-based position
