About This Role
Reporting to the Senior Director of Health & Wealth, the Senior Manager, Retail Compensation role has responsibility for the design, creation and operationalization of the North America Retail Compensation programs to attract, motivate and retain talent. This role actively partners with the retail P&C Business Partners, cross-functional partners and business leaders across the organization to be proactive and find new and creative ways to address compensation challenges in retail.

  • Operate as a thought partner to cross-functional partners and engage in proactive solutioning.
  • Lead a team to partner with the Retail P&C Retail planning, FP&A, Retail Operations and in-store experience teams. (plus many more)
  • Lead and develop a team of compensation professionals.
  • Act as global CoE for retail compensation - partnering with in-region leaders and actively sharing approach to compensation philosophy, bonus design and planning, to ensure we are maintaining consistency in philosophy globally.
  • Leads annual process of building all North America Retail ranges and the costing associated with it.
  • Actively partner with the retail leadership team on all compensation matters.
  • Responsible for all retail incentive design - inclusive of the retail period bonus, quarterly bonus, annual bonus, kickers and all bonus changes.
  • Key member of the Broad Based Compensation leadership team and includes responsibilities such as job levelling.
Qualifications
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Experience in providing consultation to managers, people professionals, employees, and/or business partners.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with P&C partners and cross-functional partners.
  • 10-12 years of experience in Compensation and Human Resources.
  • Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact, discretion & confidentiality.
  • Workday experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience leading and coaching a team.
  • Experience influencing through relationship and utilizing resources not directly reporting in.
  • Strong project management capabilities to develop and implement cross functional initiatives .
