Job Description

This role has a strong chance to convert to permanent at the end of the contract


Pay rate: $35-40/hour (depending on experience & education)


City: Downtown Toronto


Work from home: 5 days in office


About the Opportunity

  • Preparing and recording of daily and monthly journal entries;
  • Assist in various analyses
  • Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
  • Quarterly intercompany billings
  • Take the lead on executing the monthly financial close process of various subsidiaries and entities
  • Preparing and execution of routine accounting steps and transactions


About You

  • Dynamics experience is an asset
  • Comfortable with pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Comfortable handling bank reconciliations, debits and credits, journal entries and month end
  • 4+ years of experience with full cycle accounting duties
  • Strong communication skills
  • University degree with an Accounting designation.
