FortNine is a rapidly growing e-commerce group operating in North America under the FortNine and Defender brands in the motorcycle, powersport, cycling and marine spaces. - Drive SEO and organic traffic, in partnership with other relevant departments
- In partnership with the CEO and COO, define the Defender value proposition.
- Develop & implement FortNine and Defender’s social media strategy.
- Partner with our Youtube studio, Business Intelligence and Merchandising teams to maximize effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
- Develop a strong branding strategy for Defender and drive brand awareness initiatives in both USA and Canada with the objective to increase market shares significantly.
- Develop unique creative strategies for the various marketing channels (email, paid search, social, video, etc) being used to engage with our customers
- Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
- Maintain a strong value proposition for Defender and FortNine.
- Responsible for the day to day management of five content managers
- Collect and organize content from both internal teams and external partners as needed for project completion. Ensure collected deliverables are complete and meet company quality standards
- Develop and maintain a publishing calendar to enable coordination and organization across various departments within the company

- Responsible for final review of prepared media content prior to publishing

- Develop campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and to help meet revenue objectives
- Manage and oversee content creation projects assigned to external partners to ensure successful delivery of assets
- Ensure projects are well documented and that underlying tasks are well understood and communicated to the responsible team members. Track progress with project members to ensure deadline compliance. Assist project members in resolving obstacles as they occur.
- Hire, train and motivate team members for whom you are responsible
- Develop merchandising strategy as it relates to marketing efforts including strategic selection of products, brands, and categories to be promoted in marketing efforts
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with building or managing a brafnd in the US in the retail or consumer side business.
- Passionate about boating, fishing, sailing or anything related to the Marine space
- Strong research skills
- Extremely organized and strong project management skills

- Maintenir une proposition de valeur forte pour Defender et FortNine.
- Développer une stratégie de marchandisage en relation avec les efforts de marketing, y compris la sélection stratégique des produits, des marques et des catégories à promouvoir dans les efforts de marketing.
- Gérer et superviser les projets de création de contenu confiés à des partenaires externes afin d'assurer une livraison réussie des actifs.
- Assurer la révision finale du contenu médiatique préparé avant la publication.
- Stratégie marketing
- Développer des campagnes et des initiatives visant à mieux faire connaître la marque et à atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires.
- Veiller à ce que les projets soient bien documentés et que les tâches sous-jacentes soient bien comprises et communiquées aux membres de l'équipe responsables. Suivre l'avancement des travaux avec les membres du projet afin de garantir le respect des dates limites. Aider les membres du projet à résoudre les obstacles au fur et à mesure qu'ils se présentent.
- Développer des stratégies créatives uniques pour les différents canaux de marketing (email, recherche payante, social, vidéo, etc.) utilisés pour s'engager avec nos clients.
- Responsable de la gestion quotidienne de cinq gestionnaires de contenu
- Embaucher, former et motiver les membres de l'équipe dont vous êtes responsable.
- Recueillir et organiser le contenu auprès des équipes internes et des partenaires externes, selon les besoins, en vue de l'achèvement du projet. Veiller à ce que les produits livrables collectés soient complets et conformes aux normes de qualité de l'entreprise.

- Connaissance avancée et expérience pratique des différents canaux de marketing numérique (email, seo, social, vidéo, recherche payante, etc).
