We are a principles based, mission-oriented organization working on innovative solutions for mental health and wellbeing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and rapidly evolving organization.
Responsibilities:
- Advocate for a user-centric, agile approach to product design and delivery among internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee and drive the overall product and UX strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision
- Collaborate across diverse teams
- Effectively communicate key changes and progress to internal and external groups
- Collaborate and direct external vendor contracts (Hosting and Cloud computing)
- Develop and implement smart, relevant, and quantifiable success metrics for all initiatives, monitor and track performance, and make improvements as needed.
- Develop and oversee strong and effective customer support processes

You Bring:
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work with a variety of different approaches and groups
- Proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals and short-term objectives
- Superior knowledge with a range of tools to support a 24/7/365 digital platform that provides services and resources
- Years of experience (10+) with product development and UX, and at least 10 years in a managerial role.

- Knowledge or interest in mental health service systems
- Demonstrated experience in developing and launching successful digital products and applying research to build exceptional, user-centric solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of systems design, product development lifecycle, digital project management and agile methodologies.
- Comfort and keenness to work in a collaborative, matrix environment, and skilled with change management practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and external vendors.
Our unique advantage stems from our deep knowledge and extensive experience in applying the SC2.0 model to complex system transformations. We embrace a holistic and synergistic approach to mental health care, acknowledging the abundance of healing resources that lead to access, equity, and flexibility in mental health systems. We believe in the importance of incorporating informal services and peer support, valuing a diverse range of expertise to create a comprehensive and effective system.
