Marketing Project Manager - Business-to-Business Focus

Our marketing agency is looking for an adept Marketing Project Manager with expertise in the business-to-business (B2B) sector, focused on cutting edge technologies.

The chosen candidate will spearhead the planning, execution, and finalization of marketing projects for our clients as well as support internal operations. This role includes managing and coordinating the efforts of our team members and third-party contractors to deliver projects punctually and within budget. Trust us; we adore people who can keep all the plates spinning!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and provide guidance and support as needed. The backbone of our team, you might say.
• Measure project performance using suitable tools and techniques, and report on progress to clients and agency management. We'll need your keen eye for detail here.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Basically, you're going to be our guardian of efficiency.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Yes, you'll be the linchpin holding all the details together.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as project plans, timelines, and budgets. If you've got a penchant for spreadsheets, we want to hear from you!
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Can you keep a cool head in the face of change? Fantastic.
• Available for quick responses during US work hours ET. We're a fast-paced agency; quick wit and quicker typing speeds are a must.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. We'll need you to be the maestro of our orchestration.

Ownership

• Monday.com - be the wizard of this project management tool.
• SharePoint - you'll own it, figuratively, of course.
• Toggl - keeping track of project and team hours will be your daily duty. You'll be our timekeeping guru!

Daily/Weekly Tasks

• Prepare weekly internal and client agendas. Organize us; we know you love it!
• Conduct weekly internal meetings. Lead the show!
• Check Toggl for hours. Keep us informed about who we're working on too much, who we're not working on enough, and what tasks are taking too long.
• Manage across teams to make sure everyone is on track
• Client calls
