Bilingual Events Project Manager

Our multinational technology client is seeking a Bilingual Events Project Manager for the team.This role supports the America region Event Experiences team as the Project Manager for all 1st Party Events in French Canadian in Canada:

Responsibilities

• Digital Event Production Studio scheduling and speaker prep
• XKit, Device Bar and Event Device Kit coordination with MaaS and Arvato
• On-site run of show staff prep
• Workback schedule discipline and standard workflow comms for all FR-CA events
• Coordination with Azure BG's workshop and hack field request processes
• Execution Processes in Event Systems - EMC, Campaign Desk, MaSH, Calendar, Contracts, Seismic, Lead Uploads, Web Updates, Localization Requests
• Ensure Bill 96 Compliance for Canada
• As this role is for Americas Region, this person may sit in Canada to support the team; there are FTE team members who also sit in Canada.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years - Microsoft Excel experience
• Must be fluent in English and French Canadian.
• 3-5 years - previous Project Management experience
• 3-5 years - event management and/or Marketing experience
