POSITION OVERVIEW…

If you are passionate, driven, want to work on exciting projects and be part of a growing organization, then we want you to join our team. As a Project Manager at HR Strategies Consulting, you will be doing the following:

•Full lifecycle Project Management of multiple, concurrent projects.

•Manage project team resources, allocating the right resources to the right tasks.

•Provide team with technical and functional guidance and ensure that all project benchmarks are successfully attained.

•Work closely with client stakeholders to optimize client satisfaction and maintain strong communications lines.

•Meet project time-lines & budgets; effectively manage scope creep.Carefully track project costs and identify/resolve any project budget or time-line over-runs.

•Prepare and maintain all project documentation including project plan, project schedules, WBS, budgets, etc.

•Mitigate project-related risks. Manage risk throughout the project, taking proactive response when needed.

•Perform change management in an efficient and effective manner.

WHAT YOU OFFER…

•University degreeor equivalent education in Computer Science, Engineering or Business.

•PMP Certification.Additional or advanced project management certifications are an asset.

•5+ years of experience as a technical Project Managerin client-facing environments. Ideal candidates have worked on projects for clients with extensive external customer relations management throughout the project.

•Experience managing cloud software system implementations.Experience implementing HRIS systems is an asset.

•Proven ability to communicate to clients, colleagues & project team membersin written & verbal communications.

•Previous experience managing multiple, concurrent projectswith attention to deadlines & budget adherence. \
